The quiet village of Iznajar is set in the beautiful River Genil valley. Set next to a 32 kilometres long freshwater lake, it offers the facilities of a beach holiday together with the tranquility of rural Andalucia. The lakeside at Iznajar which is set in spectacular surroundings, is very popular for swimming, and beach facilities include sailing, windsurfing and canoeing. PJ's is ideal for those of you who like walking, fishing or just to have a comfortable base from which to enjoy the real treasures of Andalucia.

There is a beach with beach bar for refreshments all available throughout the season.

Iznajar is situated close to the southerly border of Córdoba province, and acts as an entry to the Sierra Subeticas Natural Park, where nature lovers and bird watchers can ramble. The park has recently been designated as one of the worlds Geoparks- parks of geological or landscape interest.

Out of Malaga airport take the road to Malaga Centro, after 1km turn right to Antequera on the N331 when the road splits take the Granada road, carry on until the sign Villanueva de Tapia come off there, take the left at the T junction to Iznajar, come across the first and second bridges in Iznajar across the lake, take the next right turn to Priego/El Higueral we are 2km on the left with Casa-de-Arroyo outside our premises.

If Granada Airport, come out of the airport turn left carry on the road until sign for Salinas/Villanueva de Tapia after that same as above.
